Things Do Not Change; We Change.

There are countless ways that we can make changes in our lives so it’s really important to be really specific when we commit to doing things differently.

In selected workshops and all one-to-one sessions, I invite GRITizens to think about these ten areas of change when they commit to grow their GRIT: Activities – Behaviours – Finances – Habits – Intensity – Mindset – Perspective – Routines – Relationships – Schedule

Then I ask:

1. Which three types of change would be easiest for you to consider and implement this week?

2. Which three types of change would be hardest for you to consider and implement this week?

3. Which one type of change seems impossible to consider and implement this week?

Based on the answers, we create a personalized "change hierarchy" which becomes the path (action plan) for navigating challenging situations and relationships on the horizon.

Self-discovery made simple!
