Spice Up Your Fall with This Delicious Apple Cider Twist Recipe



This delicious apple cider recipe is sure to please.


Ingredients:


- 1 gallon of apple cider

- 1 cup of caramel sauce

- 2 cinnamon sticks

- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg

- 1 orange, sliced

- 1 cup of dark rum (optional)


Instructions:


1. In a large pot, combine the apple cider, caramel sauce, cinnamon sticks, and nutmeg.

2. Place the pot over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer.

3. Reduce the heat to low and add the orange slices to the pot.

4. Let the mixture simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

6. If using, add the dark rum to the pot and stir.

7. Serve the apple cider hot in mugs and garnish with a cinnamon stick and an orange slice.
