*Slow Down - a good reminder for me this morning!
*Take the Pressure Off - keep your daily tasks and to do's realistic
*Make it Easier on yourself and accept and ask for Help
*Reset Breaks, in between tasks, meetings, projects. Or if something isn't working, laptop slows down, for example
* Feel Calmer in seconds by deep breathing, it also helps to keep you energised and more relaxed
