People in recent years are experiencing more and more frustration, anxiety, emotional, mental issue and even more chronic physical problem. Especially since last year the challenges that 2020 put us through.
I’m sure you’re wondering why? As I did since each year, I see more people experiencing more anxiety and frustration, drowned by the thought of what they left behind, and not being satisfied in life. Hopefully, my experiences as an advanced energy healer can help lead you closer to solving this issue and to make it a little easier to move on in your life freely.
1. On the energy level:
The earth is shifting at a higher speed and the energy field is thinning. Therefore, we’re more sensitive and our personal energy field is not capable of keeping up with this increase in the speed of the presence of the earth. This could lead to feelings of anxiety and confusion. When I do an energetic cleanse, I recharge and balance the realms of the person's energy field the person can feel lighter and that heaviness is lifted from him.
2. On the physical level:
A big factor is our general lack of nutrients. Digestive issues, as well as imbalances in our microbiomes, are very important to pay close attention to as they could be key in solving a lot of problems. Through energy work I detox the body at the cellular level and work on brain-gut connection to rebuild each system back to its natural job, helping to aid in solving a lot of the chronic pain.
3. On an emotional level:
Through helping to solve what lead the person to have those feeling and the way he reacted at that moment, by looking into the subconsciousness or the nerves, memory cell to see what the root cause. using my energy healing to replace and rebuild positive memory and thinking and better ways to react to different situations, a stronger tool to face the downside of life, most of all how to bounce back and not to shout down.
Being resilient is a very important skill and is what we need to survive and face what is going around us. When faced with adversity, you may ask yourself what is resilience? Being resilient is the process of adapting well in the face of trauma, tragedy, threats or significant sources of stress such as family and relationship problems, serious health problems or workplace or financial stressors. It means the ability to “bounce back” from difficult experiences. Becoming more resilient not only helps you get through difficult circumstances; it also empowers you to grow and even improve your life along the way.
Hoping that the education board will start realizing the importance of mental health and start cooperating with it as part of the school curriculum. We need to demand that the same way they teach numeracy and literacy so kids can calculate and read also physical activity. To start teaching kids about their feelings, emotions, and mental health in general especially how to deal with them. To Provide tools like developing positive thinking, breathing techniques, changing your mindset, how to act and react in better ways, and how can that influence shapes our personality and our life.
To develop more resilience to build a stronger generation that is more ready to face whatever life throws toward them.
The younger we start the better the outcome.
