Meditation Doesn't Have to Take Long


Sometimes people feel meditation means an hour but it doesn't have to be.


It actually helps you a lot doing it for even 5 minutes or 10 minutes off and on throughout the day.


This has been proven to make your day even more productive and more successful!


It helps you cope throughout the day and you will glide through it with ease!


It is especially great for beginners to start at 10 min. - because of the short span, try to meditate 2 to 3 times a day to give you practice throughout the day.


This will help you build up your stamina and growth in your meditating.


So here is a great beginner meditation I made give it a try.
