The STEPLADDER Approach To S.M.A.R.T GOAL Setting Testimonial by Nivedita Saraswati

Nivedita Saraswati last evening attended the workshop about how to set S.M.A.R.T Goals by using a different approach.

The traditional approach for example, is when you attend an event they ask you to write down your goals and magic will happen. Yes you have to take action, work hard etc., however there it more to The Secret and we all know this. So I thought that I would try something different, it maybe is not new to many, not known to others however not used by most.

In the workshop I used many combined modalities which made it unique to help the group set their goals. I used NLP, Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy, Tao Hands and few other tools to accomplish the task at hand basically everything I know.

It was precious when she realized that she made a very profound statement, about 6 words which I picked up on and she did not know that deep down in her heart this was affecting her so deeply. "I felt lighter in my chest heart area", she said. Nivedita has been in the healing space for 40+ years however she did not know that these simple things, a heavy heart, blockages, obstacles are examples of our Elephants which we live with each and every day.

She is amazing at her craft and she is definitely gifted. I applaud her for her courage and always willing to play 100% as well as always the first to share and join. Such a delight to work with her.

Thank you Nivedita and my team and again I have to chuckle and at the same time tear up for it is always so heart warming to see their faces when they had their aha moments.

The cameras are on for the duration of the session for it is a interactive and an intense event. It is focus driven and there is no hiding. It is 100% results based that is my promise to you for there is always 100% success for no one is left behind.
