Low Libido? Add This to Your Diet

Libido Boosting Foods

I read somewhere recently that people’s libido is at an all-time low. And that’s understandable. But it’s time to get revved up and ready to go – and I know something that can help you – Flavonoids! Flavonoids are a compound found in plant-based foods – and are particularly found in a Mediterranean diet.

Foods that are High in Flavonoids:

-Berries, especially blackberries, cranberries, and blueberries

-Vegetables

-Green Tea

-Kidney Beans

-Oranges

-Dark Chocolate

-Red Wine

Look for fruits, vegetables, and legumes that are red; they will boost your libido the most. Other aspects of the Mediterranean diet that help libido are fish and nuts. They also help with erectile dysfunction. Add these Mediterranean foods to your diet, and feel the difference - and get that standing ovation!
