Heart for Africa (Canada) is a non-profit humanitarian organization that focuses on bringing HOPE to Eswatini, Africa, in 4 key areas: Hunger, Orphans, Poverty and Education. Our mission is to empower the children and adults of Eswatini to break the inter-generational cycle of poverty and create a sustainable future. We accomplish this by providing a safe haven for orphans and vulnerable children, education, healthcare, housing, and nutrition programs, as well as supporting the local community by providing employment and vocational training.

Meet our Co-Founders

Our guest speakers for the evening are Ian and Janine Maxwell, Co-Founders, CEO & COO of Heart for Africa (Canada).

They are flying in all the way from Eswatini, Africa, to share updates about our mission and introduce our plan for the next 6 years (and counting) at Project Canaan.

Ian and Janine are a remarkable duo whose hearts beat in sync when it comes to their enormous passion for making a difference in Eswatini. Together, they fight fires, navigate government issues, combat arson and theft, and most importantly, transform lives. In a world that often seems so divided, their story is a true testament to the power of love, unity, and humanity. After hearing about their journey and future plans, we can guarantee you will be filled with inspiration and feel empowered to make a difference.
